missingWrote a review on 10 Decfree shuttle servicecrowded breakfastcramped room
The free shuttle service made transfers to the station convenient.
During my stay, I encountered several issues. First, the long queues for breakfast were frustrating. it was chaotic and seating was often scarce. Additionally, the room felt cramped and lacked comfortable furnishings, which made it difficult to relax. The hotel's location was a bit remote, making it hard to find initially, and the staff seemed almost unapproachable due to the self-check-in system.

A quiet oasis near the city
The hotel's location was incredibly peaceful, nestled next to a lovely park with convenient access to a monorail, which made trips to Haneda effortless. The shuttle service was reliable and frequent.
While the room was clean and well-equipped, it was a bit cramped for my liking, typical of many business hotels in Tokyo. The morning breakfast was busy, making it a challenge to find seating at times.

well-equipped rooms, convenient shuttle bus service, quiet neighborhood
Elevator waits during breakfast are unbearable!!! Dusty conditions and outdated room specs really need attention!!! Shuttle timing is inconvenient for early arrivals and late departures!!!

I had a great time! The shuttle service made getting to the station easy, and the free breakfast was substantial. My room was clean and surprisingly comfy for a short stay. It was a nice area with some greenery around, which I loved. 😊

Great location right next to a monorail station (perfect for getting to the airport)! The staff were super helpful, and the included breakfast had decent options (definitely fueled my day! ).
However, soundproofing could use improvement. I could hear some noise from the adjoining room.

I had a pretty good experience staying here for 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese dishes, and I loved the convenience of the free shuttle to Shinagawa station. The only downside was the long queues during breakfast, but overall it was a solid stay!

Conveniently located near the monorail station, the hotel offers easy access to Haneda Airport, making it ideal for travelers. The breakfast gets busy, especially just after opening, and the food options were limited in terms of Western choices. A noticeable downside was the room's condition, with some furniture showing wear and a drainage smell in the bathroom. Despite its excellent shuttle service and practical amenities, the need for some maintenance was clear.

Clean and efficient with a helpful shuttle service to the train station, making transfers easy. Found the breakfast options satisfactory, though the atmosphere felt crowded during peak hours. Noise from the hallway could be bothersome, and the room, while well-kept, was pretty compact, which is typical for this city. The self-check-in may lack a personal touch, leaving some aspects feeling less welcoming.

Just a proper fit for a quick stopover in Tokyo with decent value for money. The breakfast area had a nice view of the inner courtyard, which added a pleasant touch to my morning. Consider using the shuttle service to make getting around easier.
